Working With the Energetics of the Late Summer Season
At this point in the Summer season, it’s a time to recalibrate, reground and realign ðŸ§ðŸŒž
Let’s break this down:
Where are you mentally, emotionally, physically and energetically at this point in the Summer?
Do you feel there is a specific area of life, topic, pattern, belief or emotional state that needs attention?
Keeping that in mind, here are some prompts and practices to help you feel more deeply aligned and in tune with your Higher Self as you move through the rest of Summer, and into Fall…

Prompts:
- What part of you feels genuine and visible right now, and is there a specific time or experience when you shine brightly as your most genuine version of you right now?
- What part of you feels like you’re showing up as a conditioned version that has been taught, or adopted, in order to keep the peace, or to do what is expected of you, which feels out of integrity and alignment with your natural essence of being?
- What have you learned or observed about both your genuine sense of self, and your conditioned version(s) of self, over the summer so far that can be reframed as “growth or gains” to support your awareness, understanding and realignment?
- How can you incorporate both of these versions of yourself, the genuine and the conditioned, in a way so that they’re both being integrated with unconditional acceptance as you move forward?
- What needs to be forgiven or given permission to shift, change and/or evolve in order to ascend into your version of alignment right now?
Practices:
- With the information gathered from the prompts above, holding a specific belief, emotion or experience gently in mind, soften any significant charge with some EFT/Tapping and breathing practices.
- Using self-muscle testing, see where this belief, emotion or experience is being held in your body. Is it in one of you organ systems, and is that linked to a specific Tapping meridian point that can clear and recalibrate the flow of energy? Is it being held in your mental/emotional “body” as a root emotional cycle passed down through ancestral/generational lineage or karmic patterns? Is this energy that can be course-corrected or cleared through intentional breathing practices, meridian tracing or coherent body scan?
- Use muscle testing as an investigative tool to help you clarify what can be cleansed, cleared and recalibrated energetically.
- Take some aligned action. This action can be related or unrelated to how you want things to be, as long as you feel intentional, realigned and open or opportunistic while you take the action. It could be as simple going for a walk, posting for your business, driving, having a conversation or doing housework. Exercising, yoga or intentional physical movement is also a great way to intentionally move ascended chi, energy or breath through your body to create a strong resonance and magnetism for what you’re creating from this realigned state.
Intuitively check in with yourself through any of these prompts or practices to ground and anchor into your most genuine version of realignment as you move through the rest of your Summer.
