The kicker is ๐Ÿšง that no amount of external calm and clarity ๐Ÿ”ฎ will give you the internal calm and clarity ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ that you crave.

Here are 3 practices that I’m using right now to unblock ๐Ÿ’ฃ my energy, from the inside out…

1๏ธโƒฃ Self Muscle Testing 

The last couple of months I’ve been deep down a learning rabbit hole ๐Ÿฐ ๐Ÿ•ณ around muscle testing and energetic kinesiology and it’s been blowing mind ๐Ÿคฏ
I’ll be sharing a lot more about this soon.

I’ve been working specifically with emotional energy blocks that can be released through the meridian and organ systems ๐Ÿงญ in order to realign life force flow ๐ŸŒŠ.

The clients I’ve shared this with have been fascinated by the process, and they can’t believe that they can get answers directly from their body. One client was giggling the whole time, giddy about creating this deeper connection with her body and intuition.

I’ve personally started incorporating Astrology archetypes ๐Ÿ’ซ from my natal chart, and it’s been bananas ๐ŸŒ

2๏ธโƒฃ Restorative Yoga

When you feel burnt out, exhausted and overwhelmed ๐Ÿ’€ the last thing you want to do is exercise or workout. I’m not saying you shouldn’t exercise, but including a Restorative Yoga practice a couple times a week, for 20 to 30 minutes (even in bed before you go to sleep) can help you move stuck and stagnant energy through your bones, muscles and fascia ๐Ÿฅ€๐ŸŒน

Not only does this get your physical energy moving ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ it decongests and detoxes ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿฅ‘ your energetic energy moving through your body is key in preventing blockages in your energetic cycle. Restorative Yoga is soothing and settling to the nervous system ๐Ÿฅ—โ˜•

When your nervous system is de-stimulated this creates more capacity for you to include more vigorous or stimulating activities, from a grounded state internally ๐Ÿ˜Ž

It’s helluva lot easier to do hard things, uncomfortable things, that stretch your bandwidth, when you’re not in an overextended, overstimulated default state 24/7/365.
